Below you will find detailed information about how we process, ship, and handle your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days

  • High volume or holiday periods: 3–5 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


2. Shipping Times

Shipping time varies depending on your location.

6–12 business days

7–15 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Total weight of the order

  • Shipping method selected

We do not charge additional handling fees.


4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

You may also visit our Tracking page at any time to check the latest status of your shipment.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • VAT

  • Customs duties

  • Import fees

These charges are determined by your local government and are the customer’s responsibility.

Yoha Yoga is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your address before placing your order.

Yoha Yoga is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost shipments marked as “delivered”

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


7. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses.
You may receive more than one tracking number.


8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@yohayoga.com with your order number and photos.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


9. Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Holiday seasons

These delays are outside our control, but we are always available to assist with tracking updates.
