Shipping · Delivery · Tracking

You can view all details on our Shipping & Handling page. We ship worldwide and most orders arrive within 5–15 business days depending on your location.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also visit our Order Tracking page and enter your tracking number.
Yes. We ship internationally and most customers receive their orders within 5–15 business days depending on their country.
Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or holiday seasons. We will always assist you in tracking your package. Contact us at info@yohayoga.com.
Please contact us immediately at info@yohayoga.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we can update your address. Once shipped, we cannot change it and are not responsible for misdelivery.

Orders · Processing · Changes

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
We can modify or cancel an order only if it has not been processed or shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible at info@yohayoga.com.
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes. If you have an issue upon delivery, please contact us at info@yohayoga.com and we will assist you.

Returns · Exchanges · Damaged Items

We accept returns and size exchanges within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. For damaged or incorrect items, a photo is required.

Please email us within 28 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue at info@yohayoga.com. We will review and resolve it as quickly as possible.
